Ingredients
|
triple measure of vodka
fizzy mineral water
loads of crushed ice
blue licqure
sugar strands and sparkler.

Method
|
fill glass with crushed ice. Pour over the vodka.
Add the fizzy mineral water. over the back of a spoon
trickle in about a teaspoon of blue licqure for a touch of
colour. Shake a little sugar strands on the surface.
Ignite a sparkler, insert into the glass and ignite those
