Ingredients
|
Champagne
1/2 shot brandy
Angostura Bitters
Sugar cube
Decorations: cherry and paper umbrella

Method
|
Put shot and champagne in a fluted champagne glass.
Add splash of bitters to the sugar cube and drop into
the cocktail to achieve fizzing effect.
Decorate glass with a paper umbrella protruding saucily from a
cherry. QUAFF!
